I used the notation window to enter the triplets and it worked. I saved the song and worked on another song. When I came back to the song with the quarter note triplets, they were gone.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you tried to Edit the actual Piano autoaccompaniment part, you can't do that because the next time the song is generated, the autoaccompaniment engine will generate its own Piano accompaniment as per the chosen Style file.

We have only two of those tracks that are not Autoaccompaniment tracks (besides the one Audio track reserved for recording audio). The Melody and the Soloist track. If you Record or enter MIDI notes there, they will indeed "stick" after a Save.

To get what you need, try using Bar Settings to Mute the autoaccomaniment Piano at that bar, then enter the notes on the Melody or Soloist track, using the Piano instrument patch.

If done correctly, matching the Volume, Pan, Velocity and playing style of the automatic Pianist, you can create the illusion that they were all done by the same pianist.

Actually a new feature is once you've changed the piano part of the auto accompaniment track you can freeze it. Then save the song and it will be that way forever.
