I suspect that this is possible. What I'd do is to open the audio file with the Audio Chord Wizard (ACW). You choose this by using the option "Open Audio w/Chords" under the file menu. The ACW is found in BIAB, RB and PTPA as far as I am aware.

Once you open the audio file, the program will then do its best to interpret the chords. You will probably need to set the first 4 or so bars by tapping F8 (to align the bars) and then set an odd bar here and there during the course of the song (when its playing). Once you have done this, a chord chart is generated and this can be used to create a midi piano track. Based on my experience, it may be necessary to modify some of the chords. Overall, though, ACW does a pretty good job. If you do this chord recognition in BIAB, the end result is a filled in chord sheet that you can save as a BIAB file. You'd also be able to apply different styles to this file and save the final result as a midi file.
