Never used one of those, but it might help others to help you if you were to describe the kind of problems you are having.

Step-by-step descriptions are usually the best.

Ex:

I open BiaB

I load a songfile

I hit Play

Can see notes highlighting but cannot hear them.


Something like that would surely help, the more you tell others, the more they have to go on that may be of help to solving our problem.
