Sometimes, I treat BIAB just as a luxurious metronom...
all I want in this occasion is a RealDrums track in an endless loop such that I can simply jam over it.
A special dialog/module would be handy here that has
1.) Start/Stop button
2.) Tempo buttons to quickly change tempo
3.) List of RealDrums to quickly change the drummer flavour.
4.) Feel switch buttons (Even/Swing/Shuffle) that affect the list of selectable RealDrums
5.) Measuring buttons (3/4, 4/4, 6/8, 5/4, etc.) that affect the list of selectable RealDrums
6.) Buttons to select the length of the bar scheme (e.g. 8 bars, 12 bars), which causes a variation of the drum pattern on every repetition (like brushes vs. sticks) and is looped forever.
7.) A beat counter (visible metronome) plus an indicatior at which bar of the scheme we currently are...
Partially, one can "misuse" the RealDrums Picker dialog for this purpose by utilizing the start/stop button, but a) it doesn't let you quickly change the tempo and b) relies on the song configuration (verse length, number of choruses, etc.) and does not loop forever and may take a while to load.

Just mute all tracks but the drum. At the bar you want to change tempos or styles press F5. You can make a 200 some bar song, with changes in tempo and style, and then set it to repeat X times. I can't see why this doesn't work.
Just start out with something and go to bar 20 press f5, and make your change. As I said, mute all the other tracks.

That's not what I had in mind... I don't want a song with tempo/style changes, but something like a metronome mode with real drums, that is easy to set up - without the hassle of dealing with a lead sheet and lots of settings... ...and way cheaper than hiring a drummer  It's meant for practicing purposes, where I want to train chord progressions, a certrain song, improvisation, whatever, but only need drums. When I get into trouble, only a few clicks should be necessary to alter the tempo and let me continue training at slower speed. It could even be an external application that takes the files inside of the realdrums folder as an input... Are you with me?

Seriously, BiaB already does this.
Open BiaB. The default lead sheet is simply a C chord and a repeat after 32 bars. Set BiaB to repeat the chorus as many times as you want, 20 should be good but it goes up to 40. Solo the drums track (or mute all the others). Now select your RealDrums into the drums track. Press play to generate the drums and start playing.
To change the tempo on the fly just adjust the tempo spin button. The tempo change isn't infinite, there are limits to how much you can change RD without nasty sound effects but there is sufficient room to practice.

Seriously, I knew that But it takes too many mouse clicks to achieve it... And the more choruses I set, the longer it takes to generate the track.

PGMusic has such software already. Where the limits of BIAB runs out the old school MetronomePro comes on the scene. Every musician should play the whole song without loosing a beat by using metronome beat only. Even bass player with groove . http://www.pgmusic.com/metronome.htm
