YES.
If you have the common single stereo input soundcard or sound device, you can connect a Mic to one of the two channels (L or R) and a guitar to the other and record both at the same pass onto separate tracks.
Don't be fooled by the "Left or Right" input here, after recording, you can use the PAN control to place those two separate mono tracks anywhere in the stereo field, Center, or what have you.
If you invest in a Multiple-Input sound device, you can record many more simultaneous tracks, limited only by the device's number of hard inputs and the power of your computer.
