Do not delete as " *.ini " or you will run the risk of losing other files with that suffix that you really need.

There hasn't been a need to delete the one file that does get incorporated into the Return to Factory Settings since the advent of that button under the Options menu inside BiaB.

If, after a reinstall of the program, this condition persists, I might then try going under the Options -> Return to Factory Settings and see if having BiaB automatically restore that one critical file to the default settings might work or not. Likely this particular OP would have to revisit the Realtracks and Realdrums Control Panels and redirect them to where they are stored on their outrigger drive as well.
