MartinB Veteran Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 5,261	For duplicating your quagmire it would be helpful if you gave more precise decriptions -> exact style name, instrument under scrutiny, exact pattern showing the behavior ... There is an off chance that an octave setting different from zero in the Pref/Channels Settings may be active. Martin
