When in Saff Roll mode, the note length used to be changed with right mouse down.
Now it opens note edit dialoque. It used to change and adjust note length.

I had the same problem yesterday. Was on again / off again for me. Finally went to PRV.

Adjust note length with Ctrl-key down a few times and after that the normal right-down does not work as expected until you restart BIAB or reload a new song.

I can't seem to duplicate that problem guys. Are there any other steps that you're taking that might help us out? If you reboot does the problem re-occur? I see that Kelso has the latest update patch but I'm curious BGPooh, if you go to Help | About Band-in-a-Box what does it say after version? If it's not 2011 (312) might I suggest downloading and updating from the page below (with Band-in-a-Box closed of course  . http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm#312

HI BGPooh,
I cannot reproduce this. (I have BIAB 2011, build 312.) When I'm using Staff Roll Notation Mode (with the blue vertical and horizontal lines), I've found that the mouse cursor needs to be positioned over the center of the note-head before right-clicking and dragging the mouse to the right for the desired length.
I'll keep trying to see if I can reproduce your issue.

1. Press control key down (do not release)
2. Adjust length of some notes with right mouse button down (DO not release control key)
3. After that release control key.
Adjust note length with right mouse button down only and see what happens.

I just noticed that when I'm in Staff Roll Mode and give a single right-click on the note head, the edit dialogue opens. If this edit box is opening when you hold the right-button down (ready for dragging), it might be a problem with your mouse. Have you tried another mouse?
(As a note, I have a wireless mouse and I find that when the batteries start to go flat, strange things happen.)

If you are adjusting the length of the note with the right-button, and release the mouse anywhere to the left of the note, the Edit Note menu will always come up (since a note cannot be a negative length value). Of course this is also true if you release the button while still on top of the note, so it could happen often if trying to make really short note lengths.
