Recently upgraded to BIAB 2011 and added RealTracks 109. I then applied all the RealTracks and RealDrums updates that seemed relevant. The puzzle I have is that when I look at some of the styles from RealTracks 109, they are flagged as NA in Style Picker, for example:
_GYPSYJF.STY. Gypsy Jazz Fast Rhythm Section
All RealTracks. Quartet.
RD: ** N/A ** JAZZBRUSHES#1 :
RT1193: Bass, Acoustic, GypsyJazzFast Sw 250, Simon Planting
RT1198: Guitar, Acoustic, Rhythm GypsyJazzFastGonzalo Sw 220, Gonzalo Bergara
RT1199: Guitar, Acoustic, Rhythm GypsyJazzFastJohn Sw 250, John Jorgenson
As far as I can see JazzBrushes is installed at BB\DRUMS\JAZZBRUSHES.
This is a puzzle for me - can anyone resolve it please?

I believe that development is working on fixing that at the moment, there have been other threads like yours concerning the report of "missing" files that are not missing.
There should be an Update release that fixes that, can't tell you when, can only suggest that you keep an eye on the pgmusic update page.

Hello John, Thanks. Those styles don't actually use drums at all, so they're incorrectly showing the drums as N/A. This is now fixed in the build 313 beta update patch

No, the issue here is that you don't have the Jazz bebop instruments that are used as accompaniment for the Gypsy Jazz Soloist. These are from RealTracks Set 55, and are also included in the MegaPAK, or any Ultra/EverythingPAK since Dec.2009.
RealStyles include instruments from more than one RealTracks Set when needed, otherwise the quality of the styles would be limited. You could substitute similar RealTracks instruments/tempos on those tracks, e.g. 'Bass, Acoustic, Jazz Sw 140' would work fine, and 'Piano, Acoustic Jazz Sw 140' would be acceptable depending on the tempo of your song.

I'm using BIAB 2010.5 and I'm getting a warning that JazzBrushes#1 is not found. However I DO HAVE a Jazz Brushes folder in my Drums folder! How do I get the program to see it?

JazzBrushes#1 is different from JazzBrushes. It will have a RD folder by that name. The '#1' drum kits are the Terry Clarke sets and are found on RD sets 17-19.
