Hi All,
I have been using BIAB 2014- I I have 2 chords in a measure sometimes the chord sounds like it comes in early and very abrupt, mostly in jazz tracks. I know some of the pianos have a softer touch and some have a staccato type sound. What I am hearing is like the chord does not play the chord for the beat. I hope I am explaing OK.

Hi Bob. You mention two issues, attack and timing. Sometimes the snippets that are selected and joined together to make a performance can sound 'ragged' if the sources are dissimilar in attack as you say. You can freeze the other tracks if you like them, and keep hitting Generate/Play to see if you can get a smoother performance overall.
For timing, it is normal for players to vary the timing, especially the BIAB guitar tracks as I've noticed, so again, try regenerating to see if you get something you like better.
For even more control, you can load the song in RealBand (supplied free) and regenerate just one section of a song.
If you still can't get it to be satisfactory, freeze the song, upload the SGU/MGU file to someplace on the Internet like Dropbox, and post a link to the song so we can try it.

Hi Bob,
It would be necessary for you to tell us what exact Styles you are using when this happens. One style, more than one, all styles, etc.
Also, posting an example of the songfile by uploading to a sharing site like dropbox and placing the URL here in this thread can really reduce the amount of forum time getting to the bottom of it, others can download, see if the same happens at their end, etc.
Also posting a Render to mp3 of what you are hearing on your setup and machine would likely be of good help as well.
