No, this supersedes the 313 beta. If you notice in the description of the patch, there were a few additional changes made since the 313 beta came out.

Thanks, I'll have a chance in about 8 hours. I couldn't connect to the PG site later last night (2:00AM Pacific) so there may have been something else going on.
