For now, we must manually move the little block underneath the Guitar Fretboard view to a higher position in order to make the thing play in position.
That works, but it would be better if the program were able to automatically shift that position marker intelligently. That's a good one for the Wish List, BTW, you should put it there so that development will be sure to see the idea.
