Got it.
"Whenever BiaB doesn't do something that it is supposed to do, the first thing I try is a REBOOT of the machine, sometimes in certain sessions it seems that resources get used up or the like. If that doesn't bring it back to correct functioning, then I try, inside BiaB under the Options menu, "Return to Factory Settings" and see if that makes it work right again."
The third possibility is a corrupted songfile. To rule that out, I hit New and lay out a short "song" where I can also try to include the suspect nonworking feature and check behavior.
If all of the above doesn't make it work as advertised, then I report it to PGMusic as a possible bug.
