Try this:
With RealBand completely closed down, open up your RB folder and locate the following two files and move them out of the folder to your desktop:
RB.CFG
RealBand.INI
Don't copy them move them out of there. Keep them on the desktop just in case this doesn't work, you can return them and not lose "position" as it were.
These two files will be regenerated when you open RealBand, it should return a lot of settings to factory defaults and also run the soundcard and MIDI finding wizard again.
First connect all USB that you intend to use.
Then start up RealBand and follow any prompts that come up.
RB should "see" your USB MIDI connections.
