My first advice to you is that wireless is not the panacea it appears to be.

Wireless = more expenditure, more possible problems in future, high repair bills, systems that get replaced with newer technology and thus no longer compatible, lots of good reasons to avoid wireless here.

Since you are building the home, it won't cost that much more to simply have the place wired for entertainment wiring at the same time. There are now even combination cables that have all the essential conductors for not only the audio, but video and computer networking lines, all attached to the one cable for easy routing, split out in wallboxes in each room.

Consulting a local home theater/home entertainment installer is a good way to go here. You don't necessarily have to hire them for the install, either, but they are a wealth of knowledge concerning current methods, etc - and so is the internet.
