Compared to version 2014 (June 2014), this adds 50 new features, 101 new RealTracks, 15 new MIDI SuperTracks, 46 Artist Performances, 18 new Instrumental Studies and 1,000 new Killer Modern Loops. Compared to version 2013 (March 2013), this adds 100 new features, 202 new RealTracks, and 69 new MIDI SuperTracks! The new Audio Edit Window shows a digital waveform of the Audio track. There is now a Big Piano Window which displays notes on a resizable keyboard. Audio Chord Wizard is enhanced with a utilities dialog and an option to enable/disable the current style. You can now write Acidized information to the audio file. Read/Write support for Apple loops.Loops dialog is enhanced, with support for Apple loops, instant preview by double-clicking, additional formats supported, and more.Arrangements have been improved with an addition of options for Simple Drums, Ultra Simple "Held chords only" option for RealTracks and several improved algorithms leading to better sounding RealTracks. Automatic program updates are added, including detecting and downloading free program and RealTracks updates. New playback options allow for setting any relative tempo (extreme slowdowns - 1/100 of original and speedups - 8X original) with great quality! Audio transpose of any track, with amazing quality even with extreme slow downs or transposes. You can email a song as attachment. I have been using the Windows version for several years now and recently upgraded to the 2015 version for use with my Sonar X3 DAW. What options do I have for purchasing the Mac version as I recently switched to Logic Pro for my DAW and work on Macs. Will the Real tracks and styles I already have in the Windows version automatically translate to the Mac version?

Because PG Music loves Windows more than Mac, and they don't want to offend the Windows users. They really should support the Mac users since most music and audio related stuff are geared for Mac, not Windows, It seems like they make a Mac version is to have one;. They really don't care about the Mac users or else they would make it around the same time as the Windows version, and try to make it great.

This statement is not accurate. Fact is there are only so many programmers that can be employed so that PGMusic can make a profit. PG cannot do Mac and PC at the same time. If they staffed up to do this you would be paying twice what the current price is.
Long ago the routine was established - develop the new software upgrades for PC users and then spend a year getting it debugged and then porting it to the Mac. You have to remember that when PGM started there were very few Mac users around. It did not make sense for PG to try to survive off the Apple platform alone.
I too wish this was not the case - I want BIAB 2016 for the Mac NOW! But I guess I will have to wait till May(?) like everyone else.
