*Upper Banks, as they are called, are typically controlled by changing the MSB and/or LSB for the Patch Number involved.

The documentation for any MIDI synth should yield that information, be advised that MSB may be called, "Bank 0" setting in those manuals. If you see that, followed by a 1, 2, or 10, then you only need change the MSB in Powertracks to that number to bump the MIDI Patch number (0-127 or 1-128 depending on synth) to the upper bank involved. LSB is sometimes calle Bank 32 or Controller 32, the latter of which I find to be truly and thoroughly meant to confuse folks.
