The sample may be written "in the real" meaning that it doesn't take into account that the Bass Clef for Bass is written one octave higher than it actually sounds.
If that program has a transpose option on the samples, you could try setting it for one octave down (-12). Or maybe even try one octave up if that doesn't work.
One can also Transpose the actual track inside RB and just resave, too. Might be the simpler method.
