Just received BIAB 2010. One word. Impressed. Been with BIAB since the beginning (Atari ST 520/1040 ST. It just gets better. As a vocal singer many times it is hard to get musicians to cooperate with your ideas. Guess I stated more than one word. LOL!!!

Yes. And BiaB spoils us to end up having the nerve to actually desire live musicians who can play in tune, stay in tune - and actually COUNT!!!
In all these years, BiaB has never been late to a gig, never missed a gig, never had a girlfriend problem during the gig or afterwards, either.
I got a little concerned when Peter announced the advent of RealDrums, though. Was afraid it would be TOO realistic and include all of the above problems and more. '
Yes, a drum set can really be out of tune with the rest of the ensemble...

Mac....."never had a girlfriend problem before or after the gig". Man, if I had $1 for everytime that happened to me..................LOL Try "2 girlfriends showing up at the same gig at the same time." I stayed behind the curtain the whole night during EVERY break.................

I too have been with BiaB since the Atari days. My first BiaB program on the PC was pre-windows DOS. With every new release I'm amazed at what Peter and his cohorts dream up to improve the program and add versatility. I don't use all the new features, but the ones that I do I dearly love, and the ones that I don't use I can clearly see why others love them. I gig with Leilani and backing tracks that I make myself. Many of them with the help of BiaB (see http://www.nortonmusic.com/backing_tracks.html for how I make them and how I use them on stage). I do miss playing with a real band from time to time, but I can get these thrills by going to jam sessions. My backing band is reliable, shows up on time, is tireless, and as Mac mentioned, never has girlfriend/boyfriend problems. Notes
