I hadn't bought any of these Xtra styles paks, so I fell for the special price of $199 and bought the complete package which includes sets 1 through 12. However after having downloaded and installed it I find the following numbers of styles have been installed: Xtra Styles Pak 12 -- 200 styles Xtra Styles Pak 11 -- 150 styles Xtra Styles Pak 10 -- 200 styles Xtra Styles Pak 9 -- 200 Xtra STyles Pak 8 -- 164 Xtra STyles Pak 7 -- 164 Xtra STyles Pak 6 -- 160 Xtra STyles Pak 5 -- 160 Xtra STyles Pak 4 -- 160 Xtra STyles Pak 3 -- 160 Xtra STyles Pak 2 -- 160 Xtra STyles Pak 1 -- 160

With PGMusic's new "download and install" routine, when I look at my account I do not see individual Xtra Styles Paks, so I can't simply download the original files to get these missing styles.
Please help me get the complete package I've paid for -- I've downloaded the installation file 4 times and everytime I get the same file and the same lack of the missing styles.
I appreciate your reply, but I want to actually USE the style "_voyagur.sty" so it won't help me to know that somehow it's in a list from StylePicker, if it won't show to allow me to use it. The file does not show up in my C:\bb\styles folder when I use Windows Explorer to look, so I really don't have it. I've done a Windows Explorer search of my hard drive and it's not on my computer at all. The installation file is missing that and over 50 other styles that it claims to include.

If I could only find a way to download just the individual pak files which contain the missing styles I'd be happy.

I did and it took over an hour before the person accepted that the installation file was defective and they finally put links into my account so that I could download the individual extrastyles paks which had missing styles, Pak 11, Pak 1 and Pak 2. I have installed those and now I have the complete set of 2096 extra styles which should have installed correctly from the start. At least now PGMusic is examining that 1-12 installation file to see what's wrong -- I'm sure I'm not the only person who would buy it and be lacking those missing styles files. I just may be the only person who realized it! But finally all is good even though it took over an hour to get what I had asked for at the start of the "chat!"

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. I investigated further and it looks like Xtra Styles PAK 11: Half and Double Time 1 was omitted from our Xtra Styles PAKs 1-12 installer. We are fixing this installer so that users will get all 200 styles from Xtra Styles PAK 11 when using the Xtra Styles PAKs 1-12 installer.
DhB I feel your situation, I have wondered a number of times too.
You may have everything. In my install I get two answers to one question.
In [What Band-In-A-Box Do I have?] it shows Xtra Styles PAK 1, Aug. 2016, 160 Styles
If I use style Picker and copy the list to clipboard and then create a pivot table to Count the Style sets in Excel it shows Xtra PAK 1 184
In regards to the 184 style count that you received from the Xtra Styles PAK 1 filter:
It appears that some of the styles from Xtra Styles PAK 2 were mistakenly categorized as styles from Xtra Styles PAK 1. So the Xtra Styles PAK 1 filter is currently showing 184 styles (instead of the correct 164) but the Xtra Styles PAK 2 filter is only showing 141 styles (instead of the correct 161). I am currently going through the styles individually and determining which ones are mislabeled. I will write a full report and it should be fixed in the future.
For now, there is a workaround for precise Xtra Styles PAK filters. You can access the filters through the User Category feature by going to StylePicker > Category > Choose and Show a User Category. Then select One of the categories pertaining to Xtra Styles. You can view all styles from a specific Xtra Styles PAK release (such as Xtra 11 All Styles, or Xtra 1 All Styles), or you can even filter down to each individual genre within an Xtra Styles PAK. You can also select a category that shows all Xtra Styles ever released.
Jareth: Your comment brings up 2 another somewhat related questions. Over the years I have purchased all the XTRA packs and the XTRAPRO packs.
1. How come the master installer for the 12 packs and the 2 pro packs is not made available to those customers like myself to download and keep in our personal repository of install files. That way, should the need arise to reinstall everything, users like myself would not have to reinstall each and every one of the files one at a time.
2. I have also purchased over they years the main BIAB program with all the additional packs including 2016 8 pak, 2016 49 pak, 2017 49 pak, 2018 8 pak, 2018 49 pak, 2018 registration bonus styles, 2019 0 pak, 2019 49 pak, 2020 0 pak, 2020 49 pak, 2021 0 pak, 2021 49 pak, artist performance sets 1-9, midi supertracks 1-31, realtracks reamped, 2021 registration bonus styles and finally the 2022 0 pak, the 2022 49 pak, the 2022 49-2pak, and ALL 400 realtracks.
In otherwords, I got 'em all, so......
Can't PGMusic make available a Master Install that will cover all these downloaded packages so I would not have to do each of them 1 at a time should I ever have to do a clean reinstall?
I do need to point out that I do have a Realtracks Master Installer program, but that only works up to Realtracks 375 and Realdrums. Since then I have all the newer offers.
Any future installs over #375 would all have to be done manually.
You mentioned a XTRAPAK 1-12 installer. How do customer like myself get that program along with a Master Realtracks & Realdrums installer that is updated to include up to and including RealTracks 400

We can definitely cater to customers' needs for combined installers on a case-by-case basis, but there is currently no automated way to do so. Thank you for your suggestions regarding automated generation of links for the combined Xtra Styles PAKs installer, combined XPro Styles PAKs installer, combined Bonus PAK installer, and a master installer. We will definitely take them into consideration.
Now, when customers place an order through our website, they are given a download key and a link to an install manager application that downloads/installs all of the individual installers automatically, saving you time. This should simplify the process overall.
