There is a page where users have submitted patchmaps that they have made. I see the KN1000 there, but not your KN7000. However, it is often the case where you can use the lesser model patchmap as a starting point for a higher model and add the extra patches needed onto that list using a text editor.

And BiaB has a Wizard in it that will automatically convert a Cakewalk (Sonar) patchmap file into a BiaB patchmap file. Often is the case we can simply do a websearch for the Cakewalk Instrument Definition file for our synth make and model, download it and create that custom patchmap with one button push from inside BiaB.
