RealTracks Artist Bio: Bob Lanzetti

New York based professional guitarist, composer, producer, and educator, Bob Lanzetti grew up on the Jersey Shore, studying music with NYC area based guitar greats Chris Buono, David "Fuze" Fiuczynski, and Vic Juris. Bob later attended the prestigious University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies. As a member of the band Snarky Puppy, Bob has contributed as a guitarist, writer, and arranger, having played on every recorded release with the three time Grammy Award-Winning jazz-funk collective. Touring with Snarky Puppy, Bob has played all around the world, in over 40 countries. He also works on many other musical projects, including the world music band Bokante.

As an educator Bob teaches music and guitar out of his Brooklyn studio. Bob and is also involved in outreach programs for underprivileged teens helping them write, record, and perform their own original music.
